Gwen here, I've recently been banned from Zumba instructing because I was putting subliminal messages into the songs in an attempt to sell my Avon body lotion. Anyway, onwards and upwards. This is my next venture, I will teach you how to become resilient, gorgeous and gregarious through storytelling, '90s dance music, and interaction.

Gwen was a  finalist in Sketch Off Awards 2025 and the winner of the Luke Rollason Character Bursary. Rachel Baker is a Funny Women Finalist, Birmingham Breaking Talent Nominee and as heard on BBC radio 4.
