Fairfield Social Club welcomes Andy Peek (Come On Feet) for the first in a new series of listening parties celebrating great albums, heard the way they were intended - in full, on vinyl, and without distraction.
Well known in Manchester and beyond as one of the UK’s most respected record collectors, Andy brings decades of musical knowledge and a deep love of album culture to FSC. This series puts the record itself front and centre, creating a shared listening experience where the album is the main event.
For the first session, Andy presents Lana Del Rey’s 2019 landmark album Norman Fucking Rockwell. Widely regarded as one of the defining records of the last decade, the album earned a 9.4 Pitchfork rating and quickly developed a cult following beyond Lana’s existing fanbase. Produced by Jack Antonoff, the record blends cinematic songwriting, poetic storytelling and Americana influences into a deeply immersive listen that rewards being heard from beginning to end.
The album will be played in full on vinyl, with a short interval between Side A and Side B.
Tickets include a reserved table & house drink on arrival, allowing you to settle in and experience the record properly.
This is a seated listening event with limited capacity.
Wednesday 11 March
Record starts at 7pm
